From humble beginnings with 'one man and a plate on the door', in 1970, the firm has grown organically from sole practicioner through partnership to Limited Company status whilst developing a team of SME specialist accountants.

During the history of the business, there have been a number of notable events including leading clients to public quotation status, acheiving a 100% success record in training students to professional qualification, being the leading agency in company mergers and buyouts and victories at Inland Revenue hearings before both special and general commissioners.
